Hello Divas, I hope this post finds you well. I am not a person that takes life slowly, but I try. So if you are a person like me, I have7 tips for you:

  1. Breath: breathing is the best solution always, so when you need to focus in something this is the best remedy. I always take deep breaths if I need to concentrate or eliminate some stress.

  2. Do things that demand slowness: like yoga, massages, and many other things like arts and crafts. Doing things that requires a low pace is the best option to take life slowly.

  3. Have some blanks spaces in your life to do nothing: I know it’s hard to do this sometimes, but it’s not impossible.  You need to take time for doing nothing, just relaxing.

  4. Meditate: this one of the hardest thing to do, but you need to do it if you want to keep your mind under control. There are many kinds and types of meditations, so try to find the one that suits you better.

  5. Pause to eat: try to take breaks from everything else to just enjoy your meal. You need to really appreciate your meal.

  6. Have a list of things not to do: We usually have a long list of things that we need to do, but to have a slower life pace we need to avoid a lot of bad habits, and these habits need to on a list for you be aware of them.

  7. Turn off your cell phone and any other device that keep you in alert: turning off your cell phone is focusing your attention on right here and right now. Live the present moment.
